How do I return an item?
Be Zen™ stands by its products.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return the product to Be Zen™ within 14 days from the date shipped in unwashed, unworn condition. Products must be returned in condition received with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice, or merchandise will be returned to sender.
Please indicate reason for return. Your refund will be credited back to you. Returns may take one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and Handling costs will not be refunded. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Be Zen™ is not responsible for lost return shipments. Should your purchase be defective, Be Zen™ will gladly fix or else replace the product.
